Two years in a row now that Nicholas County has drawn Mason County. Two years in a row I'd say they got exactly the draw they were hoping for. No offense to Mason County, but when it comes down to them, Clark County or Campbell County..

 

Clark vs.Campbell and Scott vs. Bourbon should be very good first round games too though

Some good first round matchups. Look for Scott to upset Bourbon.

Very true. Record-wise it would seem like an upset. But when you compare Scott's schedule and Bourbon County's schedule, I'd consider Scott the favorite in this game

I'd say its a push after seeing both teams, no more no less.

Assuming that Campbell for Nicholas County pitches against Mason and Nicholas County wins and then Mynear pitches against the Scott,Bourbon winner, Nicholas County has a chance to play in the championship game.

Bourbon County and Scott High can both crush the ball. It's the postseason so anything can happen, but I'd consider this a mjor upset if Nicholas did beat the winner of that game.

Of course either Bourbon or Scott is the favorite but Mynear is a great pitcher and I believe could it least keep this game close.

Scott High School

It is being played at Scott High School. This is the second year in a row that Scott Bourbon play each other and Nicholas and Mason have played each other. Scott should make another run to the Championship and with this year being played at Scott, I see them pulling the upset and winning the 10th region.

Game times are as follows:

10:30 a.m. Clark- Campbell

12:45 p.m. Harrison-Bracken

3:15 p.m. Scott- Bourbon

5:30 p.m. Mason- Nicholas

All on Memorial Day

Semi's Tuesday 5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Finals Weds. 6:00 p.m.

Of course either Bourbon or Scott is the favorite but Mynear is a great pitcher and I believe could it least keep this game close.

 

They don't beat Mason without him on the mound on Monday.
