I have noticed from the KHSAA scoreboard, there are several KY teams going to Cocoa Beach for baseball from 3/29 - 4/2. Where exactly is the venue, is it a high school, or what? Anyone with info?

I don't think it reallys matters that much anyhow. The first goal is the state tournament, and you are going to have to play good teams to get there. The second goal is state championship, and you are going to have to play against the 16 best to get that.

I am not so sure. I would rather play anybody but Brossart in the first game.

But anyway, this is starting to get off topic, back to the real question. The answer is ME!

I think the polarbear is pretty accurate. I remember Bracken Co. being pretty dominant in the 80's and early 90's when the girls district was always played in Augusta (38th district - Bracken, Augusta, Pendleton, Deming).

According to WFLE, the final was Bath Co. 59, Fleming Co. 45. Bath Co. moves on to face Rowan Co.

Caught the end of this on WCYN. The Lady Devils were down 8 with about 60 seconds to go. With 2 seconds left Fryman makes the first free throw to make it 44-43, then misses the second but gets her own rebound and puts it in at the buzzer. What a wild ending.

Glad to see him get to come back. He has really improved over the last couple of years, big time force on the inside.

I am still trying to figure out why everyone is so high on Lenox. It took John (one of the best officials I have ever seen, 20 years to reach the state tournament). Lenox got a region final in just his 7th year, and like many post have already stated missed the calls (Knowles walk/double dribble) which was right in front of him, and I saw him tell Coach O'Hearn that the ball was tipped when no one was within 5 feet of him. I just think there are other guys who should get their chance. Don't tell me that it is not political (and anbody who knows, knows what I mean)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to confirm that Danny Weddle will be able to broadcast each and every game over WFTM? Please confirm for me, thanks. I will be there on Sat. 2/7 for all four games, but will be unable to make the rest of the tournament due to work. But, if I can't be there to see it live, there is no better than listening to Mr. Weddle.

I attended the game last Friday against Mason Co. and I did not see a very big student section. For a 6A school that has 1500-2000 (not exactly sure, somebody help on enrollment) there were not many there. But, it is not just there, it is everywhere that I have been to games.
