I don't see where any prayer was answered. Harrison, Pendleton, and Deming are all about equal and on any given night they are the best team in the district. Yes, I think all 3 wanted Nicholas, but don't count them out, they could win it all as well. And yes Deming will bring many fans. I am sure the All A top dogs would have loved to have had them in Richmond (and they would have been if they made their free throws).

I have only seen Mason Co. play once this year, but I noticed 2 or 3 players who struggle at the line. They are a very good team, especially defensively, but could this come back to haunt them? Would teams in the postseason exploit this like Houston in '83 or Memphis last year?
