IF they had the choice then they made a mistake and didn't switch, HOWEVER it shouldn't be set up that way the whole issue becomes moot.

GRC who is playing really well right now, Mason who is not playing well right now but still gets Pawsat back and has home court and then maybe Scott. I don't believe Montgomery will be a contender but could be a spoiler.

A very good showing by GRC. Charlie Rogers and Adam Fatkin had great games of the bench. The improved guard and bench play could make this very special year for the Cards. Jaylan Daniel had a big time game scoring from the outside and the paint.

Just didn't see Mason losing this time at home. Central does have some nice young talent, espcially Hawkins, and I have noticed some good numbers from Allen lately. Allen is something like 6'-7" and still growing. This could be a very good team next year and might surprise someone in the 11th this year. Still this score just stuns me.

And yet life still goes on. Amazing!

Not surprised by the score even with Corey this would have been a closer game than the first one. Montgomery is a big rival and those games aren't blowouts all that often. GRC was definitely out of sync without Corey but Robbie really picked it up and had a great shooting night. Barring upsets in the district we will do this one again in a few weeks. Does anyone know where the district will be held this year? Nice to meet you Golden Sunrise.

Missed this one. I've only seen each play once but certainly thought Paris was the better team.

Both teams should feel the effects of those games then and you are right it will be interesting to see if they are flat or not. Warren Central will also have the added travel time on top of that. It is a long bus ride from Bowling Green and a bit of an odd start time to boot. It is kind of a revese of the situation for GRC earlier playing Montgomery on a Friday, then a long bus ride to Bowling Green to play Memphis White Station. The TN team was the better team and would probably still have won but GRC did not have a very good effort.

Thought the same thing. Plus I would rather pay $3.00 and be in the warm gym quicker watching warmups, eating fresh popcorn and meeting fans than spending that time sloshing through the cold and snow just to say I parked for free. Sorry but it would not be a difficult decision for me.

Is this the seeded game or was that the first matchup? It will be a closer game this time. GRC by 8, 66-58.

After the emotional game with rival Montgomery on Friday night, it will be interesting to see what GRC has left on Saturday. GRC by a couple, 74-72.

I was impressed with Henry Clay in the game with GRC and they have racked up some other nice wins. Did not see that happening.

We live in a time where it is common to pay $10, $15 or even more to park for events. $3 is not worth the arguement if you don't like it then just don't go. I know you can say it is the principal of the thing but bottom line it is a cost of doing business in todays world and BB should not be demonized for taking their turn. And as for the kids, if they want to go, $3 won't stop them. But the price of gas..... now that is another thing. Good luck to the hosts and the teams. Enjoy!

Ditto on the drive issue, of course we have been making the long drives for decades so we are numb to that issue. I have no problems with the NKY schools in the 10th. It's not their choice either.

Paris wins by a dozen.

GRC should win easily.

Great crowd and a great game for GRC. Moore and Bopper are playing better ever game and understand their roles. I know GRC had some issues in the third quarter when Scott cut the lead with the press but unlike last year they steadied and took control again. That is the big difference this year from last year. If I had known that one discussion Hicks had with the ref in the first quarter was going to last so long I would have used the time to go for an Ale 8. GRC's JV also beat Scott tonight. Good night to be a GRC fan.

Surprised!

There are lots of independants scattered around the state that could still be consolidated. For example, while schools such as Paris and Bourbon most likely will not consolidate in any near time line, the "potential" is still there. The same could be said in lots of counties. Seed the districts by only counting one game among the district teams and it will make for a better regional. The regular season games then have more meaning and the best teams most likely get to the regional. Why should a 5-25 get to the regional just because of the luck of a draw, make them earn it by getting a big win over a better team, and the win and the trip to the region will be even more special.
