I don't understand why Lucas Witt was not selected for this game. He was an excellent QB on one of the best teams in the state. LCA could have won the state title at multiple levels. I believe with him and Moses splitting time this game would have ended up different. Ky had no offensive rhythm except for the one drive by Moses.

Some may think LCA is the cream of 1A football. When it comes to the hardware they can't get it done for some reason.

Did Whitley play any top ten teams last year other than Highlands ?

Things are not good in the Burg. What is the Jackets record (3 - 10) ? Will finish (3 - 20) or at best (5 - 18). I have never seen it this bad in the Burg. Corbin by 10 runs + in both games.

Banks first team quarterback? No offense, but he didn't do half of what Bowling, Lewis, or Moses did this season. All three of those kids lead there respective classes in passing. Banks wasn't ranked top 5 in his class. Who votes on this team?

The Colonels were no match for the Birds. Highlands are well coached and have good team speed like most top ranked teams do. Whitley needs to play better teams like Bell Co. to get ready for post season next year. Same thing happen to Lone Oak last year.

The good guys won this one. LCA has more players than Corbin and should not be in Class A football. Go Hazard ! ! !

Why would LC's coach play Wagner knowing he just come back from knee surgery ? I wouldn't let my son play that soon after surgery. I think LC's coach was trying to take W'burg's QB out. Did any LC fans hear what LC Big Mama said when the W'burg QB went down ( break the F's arm ). W'burg had 200 yards in penalties. What was LC's total yards in penalties ? "Go Jackets"
