  2. Fair enough. When I attend the games, I've always posted scores on BGP going back to 2009. Didn't know there was a protocol. If you look down the threads, I think you'll see other posting that shouldn't be posted according to that line of thought. And no boasting intended.
  3. Like I said you had to be there. Do you tell the reserve players that get a chance for some PT to not play defense in the half court? They didn't trap or press. Seneca had five players, so maybe they should have forfeited at halftime? They turned the ball over almost as much as shots attempted for the game. Seneca did pressure the ball in the half court to their credit. They didn't just lay down. They put out the effort on defense. You are way off base on the stop us if you can comment, but I get it. No one wants to be involved in a game like that, so believe what you want.
  4. So you know for a fact that these kids are enrolled at Sacred Heart tuition free or are you making assumptions?
  5. I was waiting for someone to make this statement. where you at the game? The starters played maybe 13 minutes on average and didn't press. In the second half they passed the ball 10 times before attempting a shot. Seneca is just that bad. I'm sure Sacred Heart doesn't want to play teams that aren't competitive, but seneca is a district game. Seneca only had 6 players and after halftime one was in street clothes. It's just an unfortunate situation that no one likes.
  6. From what I understand India Green is doing fine.
  7. I look forward to watching them play in the LIT at the end of January. Hopefully they will be at full strength.

  9. They combined for 62 foul shots in this game. Butler 27/36 Male 18/26
  10. Does the Male coach have to sit out this game because of the 2 tech's in the scrimmage game? He was ejected from the game.
  11. I'm thankful she decided to attend Sacred Heart! Great kid and great parents!!!
  12. Mishler will be a difference maker for this team.
  13. For the first game of the year it was a good start for both teams as it was a competitive game. Both teams can take a lot out of this game, finding areas for improvement. I'm sure both teams will play at a higher level by the end of the year. For the Valkyries one bright spot was that their overall defense was pretty solid for such a young team and first game of the year. They held the Bluebirds to 34% shooting for the game and 25% from the 3. Highlands was very good from the charity stripe making 22 of 26. SHA shot 50% from the field and only attempted 7 free throws. Many high school teams don't set good screens or know how to properly utilize the screen and this is small thing that SHA can improve upon. On out of bounds plays, we would banana cut around screens versus going shoulder to shoulder, which made the screen useless. I'm sure they will work on that as well as game time management. Grace Berger showed why she is being recruited at a high level! She was awesome in this game showcasing her handles and mid range shooting ability as well as getting to the basket scoring 16 points on 8 of 14 shooting. Our true freshman Harris shook off being nervous at the beginning of the game to come through with some huge three's throughout the game. The Bluebirds have some very good young talent as well with an impressive performance from freshman Zoie Barth who was their leading scored with 14 pts.
  14. Yep I'm expecting a competitive game, but this year the Valkyries should be ready for Highlands press and aggressiveness. If SHA stays healthy, they will be very good by the end of the season.
  15. U Not Campbell scrimmage. This was at the Bullitt East scrimmage where the technicals were called.
  16. There's always more to the story. After speaking with some of the girls and one of the parents I found one of the male girls was bitten by the opponent. It was physical and got out of hand. I did see the bite mark that was left on the arm.

Washington, KY. Below were the game results. Tomorrow I will list the top college prospects. All teams were from Kentucky. • Harned Breckinridge Co.-67 Shepherdsville North Bullitt-66 • Owensboro Catholic-86 Louisville Male-84 (a major upset) • Allen County Scottsville-66 Louisville Assumption-37 • Louisville Sacred Heart-77 Somerset Pulaski Southwestern-48 • Mt. She has committed to Kentucky. In the Owensboro Catholic-Male game, there were 6 technicals against Male with two being on their coach, Champ Ligon. As a result of the two technicals, he will have to sit out the next two regular season games with one being against #3 Louisville Butler.
  18. Great school in the GLIAC. She will love it, but pack the warm clothing September-April!
  19. Sacred Heart travels to Northern Kentucky to take on the Bluebirds to start the season on November 30th. Should be a competitive game with Highlands bringing in a veteran team against the young Valkyries.
  20. Nice work JJ. Really feel bad for Duvall. Hopefully she has a speedy recovery! This region is Butlers to lose.
