Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Campbell County? Remember, please be constructive.

They should be very good this year! Would you say that anything less than a 10th Region Championship would be a disappointment?

The Lady Camels return 4 of 5 starters and their top 4 scorers from last season. The seniors Kylie Kramer and Taylor Jolly will provide senior leadership to the talented sophomores that will fill out the rest of the starting lineup. I look for them to definitely contend for the region title.

Mason returns their top seven players and top seven scorers. Grant it, we don't have Senior leadership but they did' seem to bother them last year. But the Region is on Campbell's home floor. Should be good!!!

Taylor Clos (sophomore) is a very good player. She will be a big difference maker this year for the Lady Camels!

I believe she scored more than 40 points against Mason last year in the Regional tourney and Mason still won. You will more than her to beat Mason.

Camels will be tough this year with a deeper bench and a year under their belt with coach Menefee. Key this year will be staying healthy and continuing to play unselfish basketball. Last year the Camels had 4 frosh on the floor at times. They will once again be fun to watch and coach Menefee will have them ready.

Is this Mason's thread?

I look for CCHS to have a great year and can't wait until the season starts!

Sumo is just ready for the season to start as well! No harm!

Mason lost the coach that took them to the Final 4. Let's not overlook that.
