This game was very close the entire game. If Lloyd's offense played as good as their defense, they would have won this won easily. I was very impressed with the way Lloyd pressured all of Dixie's guards. Congrats to Lloyd on a great effort. Dixie, job well done. Good luck in the championship on Friday.

I understand why people feel they shouldn't give up the home court, and there is something special about hosting a tourney, but they already played Holmes at home once and it didn't work out too well. I'm glad they were realistic about the whole thing. Beechwood made a very good move here and should be commended for it.

Did anyone see the game last time they played. I know Dixie only won by a few. Seemed kind of surprising to me, but I really don't know much about Dixie. Will this be a good game to go watch tonight? Does Lloyd have a chance?

Was Ryle playing all their starters in the first half? Was anyone in foul trouble? I'm just asking because I saw the score was close at the half.

I believe that Vories tied with Romes (Beechwood) that year for the overall POY.

He's good, but not that good. He could try to walk on and be that kid at the end of the bench that everyone always wonders about. Good luck to him in the future.

Don't know where that Shelton kid came from. I know he plays on the JV team, but IMO he should have played a lot more varsity if he shoots like that all the time. Big kid could be their top player next year.

I think the coaches agreed with it. It really is best for the game. If it is a Cov Cath/Holmes final, there are going to be a lot of people that want to see that. You have to adjust to the demand.

Nice work by both teams. Overall, they both ended up with good seasons. Congrats to Calvary on the win. Silver grove wasn't expected to do much this year, but they kept on fighting, nice work trains.

It depends on which Boone team decides to show up. I'll still take Boone by 8.

St. Henry is the favorite to join this district, but it could also be Boone County.

You also have to keep in mind that the vote comes from the AD at each school, looking out for the best interest of the boys and girls. Ludlow girls may want to seed and the boys draw, and just the opposite for the Lloyd programs. Villa may also want to seed in the future with all of their talent for both programs now playing as sophmores. It's a long shot, but they may all want to seed.
