There are ways to challenge your players like only scoring opposite footed or all shots must come from outside the 18 or play a man down!

They are #2 until the NDA game and the SK game should also be a good test. Not really challenged yet this year so we shall see. They do have a top shelf goalie and striker and are tight in the back but will they be able to play at the pace of the higher level teams.

His lifeline was very short and pulling your team off the field was definitely the final straw.

Expect more of that in the future.

I'm sure that phone call was one sided. Probably will never hear the results but I wouldn't think it was good for the school and the coach. I know it's not the same players but it is the same coach.

Campbell county has a player that plays all freshman, 90 percent jv , and I'll say he played about a third of the varsity game.

LC loses to Boone and Boone isn't even top four in the ninth. Maybe getting the 11th won't turn out to be that bad this year.

I get it, it's tough to find even twelve quality opponent's in nky and playing Ohio teams is the way to go. Playing the nky schools that don't challenge your team does nothing for your team come october. Every top team plays some games that fall into that category and use these matches to try different players and formations. I have said all along nky was down.

Let's see Scott definitely down, Walnut not the same team without their DA player and Seven Hills getting the respect for past performance and their nationally recognized coach. I still have them top of the region and moving into the final 8.

Using your theory CCH has 40 goals against 6 weaker teams and 1 quality team which you say should not be weighted the same as a goals against quality competition. Not saying he's padding as I realize minutes are less and somebody has to score the goals and I will take as many guys who can put the ball in the net as I could get. Does the opy have to be on the best team? I still like Snow at this point but like you said we still have some match's to play.

I could make the argument that St Henry schedule is harder as they play 5 of the top 6 in the state. I get ohio is better soccer but those teams have not been all that challenging other than Elder and I'm sure Summit. On paper it did look the most challenging.

Good games, both teams seem to be evenly match. Campbell scores in each half but misses at least two more goals on breakaways by #23 . SK scores late in the second half to make it interesting but missed a golden opportunity in first half from the 6. No cards and no pks

I saw this score on riherds and thought it was a typo. After the 10th goal does the coach adjust so you have to score outside the 18 or start to take players off the field? Should the coach be question about his sportsmanship? I've seen scores like this in basketball and football but I didn't think it happened in soccer.

The draw works in their favor as all the favorites are on the opposite side of the bracket.

Have to agree with bothways KHSAA will have something to say about a coach ending a game. Plus two red cards after last year I'm guessing it might not be a pleasant phone call.

Carroll County just got a turf field. Walton has a turf field. Play as many games as you like and no worries about the field. Rent it out for income to help with maintenance.I know this doesn't help your team today but it's really time for the Boone County schools to get turf.
