I saw this score on riherds and thought it was a typo. After the 10th goal does the coach adjust so you have to score outside the 18 or start to take players off the field? Should the coach be question about his sportsmanship? I've seen scores like this in basketball and football but I didn't think it happened in soccer.

Not sure how a match gets this far out of hand, this equates to a goal about every 100 seconds of playing time.

Bad sportsmanship to keep scoring like that. They mustn't use the mercy rule.

I had a look at the Buckhorn stats, they are badly beaten in each match.

Nope, 11 scorers listed, 5 with a hat trick.

It kicks in at a 10 goal differential, but you must play at least a half.

I also looked at their roster, appears to be about a 50/50 mix between boys and girls on the team. I take it they do not have a girls squad and can only field a boys team by combining the two groups together.

That's just poor game management. Stop trying to put the ball in the net and work on getting phone numbers.

The sad part is that these two teams play again in a week and they haven't even played the best team in their region yet. Perry County Central beat Letcher County Central 5 -1. Below is Buckhorn's schedule from the KHSAA website.

There are a lot of ways for a coach to prevent his team hanging 24 on the board. Wholly unnecessary.
