Are you saying that one of the umpires was from Warsaw? If so, why was he assigned to the game and why did he accept it? There's no way he should have been officiating that game. Nothing good comes from something like that. It just gives a biased/unfair perception and rightfully so.

Sounds like you are aware of all the problems and have all the solutions. You ever thought about applying for the job?? It's not as easy as you may think. And most of the problems aren't from the kids, they are from the parents.

I was a real skeptic when they hired him and thought it was a mistake. I now have to say that he did a good job and grew as a coach. No, he is not the best coach in NKY but he's not the worst. His team did win games and that's all that really matters.
