It is painfully obvious that this whole board instead of BGP should be Elliott County Prep. People there is no way on this beautiful earth God almighty created for us C. Knipp or Morgan is in the top 20 in the region, they do hustle but, so do 8th graders no disrespect intended. Also IMO Fairview is still the class of the 64th and Raceland in the 63rd.

The Hall family will be sorely missed by everyone in the 16th region, best of luck Jeff,Terri and Cameron

No way Bonner, Bair, Whitten and C. Knipp can play with Fairview's Hall,Jackson, or their small forward or Barker from Raceland or for that matter Rayburn from West

Raceland's Kasey Lewis has been over-looked for some reason, she averaged a double-double last season and basically got no post season props,while some of the others did, from somebody on the outside this did not seem fair. Raceland has to be in everyone's top 3 if not you don't follow the 16th region girls basketball IMO.I am not a ram but I appreciate a good program.

I have seen them play a couple of times, they have improved,but still are the 4th best team in the 63rd District IMO.

They looked good in a couple games I saw, they beat Rose Hill an Boyd County, but they looked just as bad in some others. This year is all about Boyles and Barker both looked very impressive. They need that 3rd option and right now no one has stepped up.

I have just heard things are not as great in Ashland as he thought they would be.

Does this mean Buddy Biggs goes back to Northern Ky?

Will Scaggs has been very impressive as has Johnson, IMO they need more leadership from their big man.

I agree with some of your comments, but did you see the games? I saw 3 and they didn't win any of them. I'm sorry but, Cameron Hall, Tyler Boyles,both Faulkners, Will Scaggs an a couple of others would disagree about Kyle Bush being the best point guard.:laugh:

Two surprises of just how good they are, Brent Jackson-Fairview and Cody Barker-Raceland they both score, rebound and can run their repective teams at 6'3 or better.

Not a bad list BUT,#9 is not in the top 20 I'll take the shooting of Jackson from Fairview or the athleticism of Barker from Raceland anytime.

Why not the one guy IMO who has done more good things for the boys program than anyone Perry Yates? If you can't get along with Perry YOU are a lost cause.

I saw Raceland beat Ashland last week, they are a good young team. I am very impressed with their catcher I think she is just a Soph. she handles herself very well behind the plate.

Barber will not be at Fairview, my sources say Blazer.

If their schedule is the same will they be able to compete with what Russell and Raceland have returning? I know Raceland returns almost their whole team.

There is no doubt Knipp does not like contact, he would much rather play 15-20 feet away from the basket. Fairview returns their big 3 they will be a force, Barker will have to step up and help Boyles for Raceland to contend.

I would just like to congratulate Coach Floyd a truly honest man, he said he was staying at little ol Raceland and was telling the truth unlike a whole lot of other coaches.

It was my understanding Coach Sammons was not going to be ask to return.

Nothing against the boy but he reminds me of a lineman more than a QB. IMO Bobby McKee will need to be the back up.
