New season, whos devolping in the 63rd will they have a stonger district this year? Whos some top players overall?

Fleming Will Be pretty tough in the 63rd district. I think the only real matchup will be Fleming and Bath in the district tourny.

 

Also Fleming Could be a top contender in the region this year also. They return all of their team.

Fleming is in the 16th region but not in the 63rd district.:eek:

Rule 13

The 63rd consists of Raceland, Greenup, Russell, and Lewis. Im not sure if this district will compete more this year with the others. Raceland returns 1 key player (I think Boyles but not sure) and maybe a few others who seen minutes last year. Russell will still be very young and transitioning to a new coach. I dont really remember what Greenup has coming back, I think they have Craft returning and they have some good players in the freshman and sophomore class. Lewis has had a new player move in with size and have a good shooter in Frankie Witten and great player in Terrence Smith. Hard to say who will be the front-runner in the district, I just hope they can compete with Elliott Co., East Carter, etc.

Overall, who should be the one dominant player in this district?

I don't see anyone in the 16th playing with Elliott Co. this year . They will plow through the 16th like a wild John Deere through three week old corn.

Elliott is going to be a great team no doubt.. But I wouldnt say they will plow through the region like a wild John Deere.. Anything can happen and there might be a team or two that will give them a run for there money.

I would have to agree with BIGCAT on this top 10 list with one exception. I would put Evan Faulkner and Barnhill as tied for #3 and T. Knipp #5. Also I would have Hall at Fairview at #8 instead of Bair. Bair would be at my #11.

 

Rose Hill's young players are getting rave reviews from the RH fans including freshman to be Terry. None of us have seen him play?? Maybe he will make the Top 10 by year's end, but must be proved on the court. They have made comments that he was the best 8th grader in the state last year. How's that?? I have a hard time seeing all the varsity players in the state, much less all the 8th graders in the state. Only the season ahead will tell....
