Knipp. People are really underestimating Chris Knipp. Playin for this squad he doesn't get hardly any chance to shine and is happy with his role, but if he were at just about any other school in the 16th, he would be their main guy. He is quick, can handle, hustles, and can flat out shoot the ball.

Forgot about Colt Barnhill. My statements about Chris don't change at all but Barnhill is a great player.

Yes, Chris Knipp would average 18-20ppg on most 16th region teams. His role is defined and Chris plays that role perfectly. Don't leave him open cause he can nail the three. Get up tight and he has the quickness to get to the rim and finish. Chris has the capability to score and can probably play college ball at a place like Alice Lloyd or Kentucky Christian College. Of the 5 starters he is the forgotten one sometimes.

I know Ferg, Ethan and Evan are really good players but if you don't think Hall is close to their talent level I wouldn't want you recruiting for me. The kid can flat out play.

I heard his dad got the head coaching job at Glasgow.

Now they are saying he didn't, very confusing situation. I guess we will find out for sure later.

It is painfully obvious that this whole board instead of BGP should be Elliott County Prep. People there is no way on this beautiful earth God almighty created for us C. Knipp or Morgan is in the top 20 in the region, they do hustle but, so do 8th graders no disrespect intended. Also IMO Fairview is still the class of the 64th and Raceland in the 63rd.

Who said anything about Morgan?? Only thing I have read recently is those who say he might not play next year. As for Chris, hard to evaluate him one way or the other when he has Ferguson, the twins, and his brother Timmy getting all the headlines and the majority of the shots. He has a lot of talent surrounding him and they only have one basketball after the tip. A lot of speculation on my part or anyone elses on how he would perform on another 16th region team. My take from watching him play 20 games or so is that he would do very well on some other teams with lesser talent. I don't think Elliott gets anymore build up than anyone else and that BGP is an equal opportunity board. In fact, Elliott when ranked last year got raked pretty good that they didn't play anybody and that when they did they lost. Some of those were won over after they took Mason to the wire in Rupp Arena, but my personal observation is that they still have a lot of people (outside the region) that still think they can't hang with a Mason, Scott, Male, Eastern, J-Town, Manual, etc. Many of those won't be won over unless Elliott gets to Saturday morning or evening in Rupp next year and beats two or three top 5 ranked teams.

And Elliott could very well make the trip to Saturday.

...And so could J'town, Eastern, Male, Manual, Scott County, Mason County, GRC, Holmes, etc.
