They need to be patient. Grades 8-10 have some players.

Be patient with the Devils, give Coach Kidwell a chance to get his system into place and they will be fine. They are still very young and they may be a year away from getting back on top. But they should be fun to watch this year.:devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::devil::fire:

How are the Young Guns looking this summer?

From all reports I have heard they are playing better than expected as of now.

Let the players gel and get used to working with one another and it should fall into place.

I have seen them play a couple of times, they have improved,but still are the 4th best team in the 63rd District IMO.

They need coaching. The new coach couldn't take a superior talent girls team out of the region 2years ago, so how can you expect him to do anything with a team that does not have much talent and with little talent coming up.

Kidwell is a great coach. Over the last 4 years he has averaged almost 24 wins per season. He will do just fine as long as he doesn't contact Yellow Cabin Fever.

I do agree that he had very good talent with the girls team and never came away with a Regional Championship.

In case you all forgot RoseHill girls teams had 3 D-1 players, coaching will be the farthest thing from there number 1 problem.

Two years ago they had only 2 D1 players and as a team had only 3 girls that would have had any playing time on his teams, which at that time went 8-9 deep. Coaching is not just about your antics on the side-line, but how you adjust to the ebb and flow of the game. I remember walking into MSU just before the game against RHCS, coach was as white as a sheet and sweating as if he had just ran 20 miles. Not saying he was beginning to chock, but if you were at that game review it in your head and you will conclude that RHCS should not have had that easy of a time winning that game.
