Nathan Snyder will be playing at Transylvania next year. I heard a fun fact that his teammate from basketball will be rooming with him. Trey Beuttel and Nathan Snyder

The good thing is that if they choose to use him again, Smith can still pitch because he didn't pitch more than one inning.

I'm a Beechwood fan, and I even believe that our fans can take it too far. With that being said, you have to be a part of the CCH/BHS rivalry to understand how and why fans react to wins and losses.

Smith is the ace of the staff. Chas Hyde is the best hitter. We are a very young team starting only 3 seniors and a junior.

I think if you go back to the replay it is just Chas "Hot Wheels" Hyde doing what he can to help his team win, it was a legal slide that we all have seen before and I liked how he was doing everything and anything for the W congrats beechwood!

Nathan Synder pitched a gem. The only run he gave up was a debatable call. Not only did he pitch a great game, but had the go ahead RBI single. Beechwood sports has now completed the sweep in the 3 major sports. (Basketball Baseball and Football)

Also, freshman Pat Hyde will be catching for the Tigers. He has caught Snyder the last two times he pitched. But it's been a while, so you never know what Myerhoff will do.

Snyder has thrown about a total of 15 innings this year. His last appearance was three weeks ago, versus Holmes. It was the second game of a triple-header.

Smith pitched through 4 or 5, then sophomore Zac Larrimore finished the game. Clutch hitting by the Tigers. With two outs Josh Bertke hits a double, Hyde goes down 0-2 then draws a walk. Snyder hits a bloop shot over the SS to score one and Colosimo drives in 2 on a single to tie the game. Then in the 7th Bertke leads off with a single, Hyde walks and Snyder sac bunts. Joe Colosimo comes up clutch again with 1 out and delivers a double to take the lead.
