For argument's sake, if there was a fan base that constantly complains about how things aren’t the same as they were 15 years ago, won’t listen to any reasonable explanation about why things may be different now, second guesses every coaching decision that doesn’t work out, and goes on and on about the glory of their middle school program, then yes, I would root against that team.

Seems like a steep drop after the top 6 teams.

I was at EC-Moe game. EC was without one of their best players (ejected last week, had to sit out this week) and still took it to the Crusaders. The Trojans are definitely a top 5 greater Cincinnati team.

Before I answer, I need to know how many coaches each team has.

The talk this week about how Highlands was going to win up front was appreciated bulletin board material. The Colonels were ready to play.

Why wasn't Benke in on the series in the third quarter when CovCath turned it over deep in their own territory? CovCath held and that was a big swing in momentum.

Good win for the Rebels.

Ryle lost a lot of size up front from last year's team, but still put up solid offensive numbers. Verax made some nice improvisational plays. The lost fumble for Ryle in the 3rd quarter was the momentum changer.

Solid opening game win. Some little things that need to be cleaned up, but overall a nice outing.

Hoban will be missing a starting offensive offensive tackle who was hurt the first day of practice. That should help the Broncos up front.

Anderson’s athletic conference, the Eastern Cincinnati Conference, is usually the third best in Cincinnati, behind the GLC and the GMC. Rooting for the Dragons, but Anderson has to be a heavy favorite.

I think he got some snaps at qb as a freshman too. Verax is a very good player and his younger brother looks like he will be a very good qb as well.

Lloyd too much up front for the Breds and look to have a nice team. NewCath, if they can get line play cleaned up, should be a player in Class A.
