  1. O I totally agree. I was just saying there have been people who said Mason is better/ will win the region, so I was saying that Montgomery could prove them wrong. Montgomery is the team to beat in the 10th, until proven otherwise!
  2. I would be surprised if Setty didn't get a bigger look than NKU. Not knocking NKU
  3. Sounds like a great finish Sunrise, can't wait for the game on friday should be great!
  4. I'm sure Montgomery is sick of losing to their biggest rival. I don't think GRC has the size to stop Stephens and Clark down low for Montgomery. However, Stenzel is a great player and the came could come down to how well he gets his team involved. Montgomery in another classic rivalry game!
  5. Haven't seen The Hill play, but saw Morgan play Montgomery and they looked terrible. That could have just been a bad game for them, but gotta go with The Hill
  6. Campbell wins easily, esp. at home Campbell Co. 67-51
  7. Couldn't agree with you more. It seems refs call fouls esp. on blocks when it "looks like a foul" just because they don't want to hear it from the crowd or coach. However, you can't always blame them, they can take quite an abuse during a game.... but thats what they're paid for:D
  8. I was at the game as well and it was a good one. It looked for a little as Montgomery had it wrapped up, then Dunbar really turned up their defense and Montgomery seemed like they got a little tentative and played not to lose. If Mc would have continued to attack the basket they would have won. However they also should have hit ft's down the stretch (9-19 the whole game) The game had a great atmosphere, they were really going at it. I think Mc overall is the better team, it seemed like towards the end Dunbar wanted it just a little more. From what I have seen so far either of these teams could definitely come away with a state chamionship!
  9. Sorry for the double post, waited too long. For Montgomery to prove their the best in the region I think they would need to beat Mason Co. not GRC.
  10. How many did Williams have for Menifee?
  11. I think he meant it looks like a foul just because a girl is blocking a shot?
  12. Im sure Mc is more worried about their game with Paris tonight then looking ahead to GRC.
  13. I watched Dunbar play and they blocked close to 10 of our girls shots. Obviously the refs really thought they could block shots because some of them most likely could have been called for fouls. However, Dunbars' girls can really alter shots at the basket, sure to be one of, if not the most athletic girls team in the state.
  14. This one could be a great learning experience for the young cards.
  15. No problem. Agreed, he can really open up the MC offense if he can get enough touches
  16. And you come to this conclusion how?
  17. Mackey was a great player, however this is a little bold
  18. That being said, Cov. Cath is still the best!
  19. Agreed with the combo, Mc just has many weapons. Prewitt had a triple double, Lee hit 3 three's and some other nice shots, a couple others hit multiple threes, and Mc really played good defense and rebounded well down low!
  20. A little harsh, it was one of his first posts. However funny:D
  21. Montgomery is better than in the past... the score may be close but I don't see the game being in question.
  22. The only way they have a chance to give Montgomery problems is by slowing the game down big time...
