I feel the same about Latimore but Price is a real nice player.

I have watched other schools other than 2A and the next level. I have been been around for awhile so I think I can give alittle bit of insight. Look at my previous posts, I am not one to make grandiose or rose colored statements about players no matter where they play. I did not say at rb back for any but said at some position. By the way I have traveled the country looking at talent not just here my friend.

Yeah but that does not mean they aren't the best backs either. They did what they were suppose to do against the lower level competition and it is not their fault for who is in their district or who is on their schedule. I will go one further here and say Latimore starts for any team in the state at some position on their team.

Both Compton and Latimore played most of their games for only a half. I say the best two back tandem in Northern Kentucky.

This will be a exciting year of playoffs for 2A. Leslie County beating Prestonsburg was big for them. I think anything past the first 4 or 5 is a toss up.

This match up with LCA will tell if Walton belongs here or not.

Agreed, the district was down from previous years. Walton needs a game like this and they will get it from LCA.

Walton travels to LCA Friday for the first time.This should be a great test for the Bearcats to see where they are in 2A.:clap:

They had a tough time with Prestonsburg last year so I find it hard to believe that they would be not even more so this year.

Question, if Somerset is the fourth seed doesn't that put them most likely with Prestonsburg in the first round?

Gallatin County beats Trimble 22 to 14. Walton beats Gallatin County 67-7. That would be a pretty big turn around.:idunno:

Congrats to Trimble County on a good year so far. I love to see Trimble County fans back having a competitive team to cheer for. However these team are nowhere equal especially in the running backs area.

I can't wait to travel to LCA when Walton goes to Lexington to play them.
