Both teams are discipline, they both run similar up-tempo offenses, and both want to score a lot of points. I like Henry Co. upfront they get off the ball very well but Etown might neutralize that with the screens they run. I don't believe Etown will be able to run much except maybe to the outside it's very hard to run up the middle. Todd is an exceptional quarterback with Henry, Sublett and no. 14 not sure of the name to throw too. Mitchell Henry's speed looks deceiving on camera but sure does run the corner and mesh routes very well. Sublett is fast on both sides like someone said and is very good ballplayer. Etown does play alot of players on both sides of the ball, with Henry Co. playing up-tempo with their no huddle it might wear on Etown a little bit, I'm not sure. Henry Co. is a very good football team, no. 11 is a freaking stud and Magness? the quarterback is just as tough. I like Henry by 2 TDs they can beat you with the pass and run and play hard nose defense. Henry Co. 28 Etown 14

Having seen Central up close there fast on the outside there's no question about that. Up front though is were there average and if you all say WH has the size then they might be able to shorten the game and pound the ball. But like someone said Central can grind it out since he used to run option football at Doss I believe. I do believe this one will be close for a while then Central finally breaks a few and wins by 2 TDs. Central 35 Western Hills 21

Central is still the team to beat there line is a little suspect, but the athletes they have on the outside are better then any 3A team can compete against.

E'Town can't stop the run and can't run the ball. The quarterback, Todd is a pretty good athlete, but his receivers kill him with drops. There pretty much similar to each other with no speed at all. With that being said and coaching against both it's hard to pick but I'll take E'town by a touchdown since they beat them last year in the playoffs. E'Town 21 North Oldam 14

I totally agree but just like the guy below the name on the jersey was why it was an upset. Now this year Shawnee is better then E'Town, but to be honest with you all 3A football is a little down in general this year.

This was an upset, I coach at Moore when Shawnee beats a usual contender in E'Town this is. Congrats to Ravon Patterson, he took a job nobody else wanted and making them competitive great for the school and community.

Final. Great ballgame tonight at HC. Moore was up 18-13 with about 2 minutes to go in the game and fumbled the snap inside there 25. Holy Cross scores with about 40 seconds to go in the game and a pick six finished the game off. Hard fought ballgame on both sides, Moore keeps improving.

A state championship is a state championship I don't care how many classes there are, each kid that has won one will remember it for the rest of their life. I love the playoffs because I love seeing upsets and well get every now again and it gives seniors a chance to expand their season 1 game longer.
