  1. Word has it that Spencer is looking to play dirty football Friday night. Anybody else get wind of this rumor?
  2. North won't be able to stop Magness , Hartlage , Hall , or Allgeier. Ask the folks at Anderson. Look for the Defense to come alive.
  3. Congrats Henry County Boys!!! You all had your Mamas peeing their pants in the fourth quarter. Lesson learned: don't ever consider the Henry Wildcats as a given!! They are a 4th quarter team. Referees were worsrt in decade of games. But, you all have learned the cardinal rule...don't ever give up. Great Henry County Fans!! Great offensive linemen! Great defense second half. Great DETERMINATION!!!! Our "Boys of Fall" inspire the entire county!!!
  4. Sounds like kicking the other guy when he is down ! Isn't that right ColonelMike. I don't think anyone has the right to run their mouth about Henry County running up the score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. I really don't think you will see the wing-t on offense or a 3 back power. Not a good fit for Henry County. From what I here Coach Graham has used the spread offense or " the system " in the past with very good sucess which is a much better fit for Henry County. But I guess will see as time goes on.
  6. Just saw this thread. Prayers from Henry County.
  7. Congratulations to PT players and coaches; but......this was the most organized chaos I have ever seen in a state game. 9+ turnovers did not reflect positively on either team. Offenses weren't able to advance the ball as evidenced by the 'chain-gang' rarely moving. Just felt it was an overall poor representation of the Class 3-A bracket. Makes a fan wish two other teams were hashing it out on the gridiron and representing this class of schools who have better balanced offense/defenses.
  8. 90% run looks like one-dimensional to me. Anyhow enough of that, we all know at this stage of the game the team that has the fewest mistakes, controls the clock has a better chance of coming out the winner. I don't think any team has the mind set that they are going to just stroll into any game and just waltz their way through including Henry County, but on the other hand what is Central's mind set since they shut-out Henry County last year, maybe they are looking past Henry County. What a mistake thay would be!
  9. I agree with you Skilld-Kid, I think Henry will keep it close, in fact I think they will win. I have not read in this form or any others where Central throws the football relying only on the sweep and option, sounds like they are one dimensional team. I'am sure Coach Ledford will have the Defense ready for the sweep and option. Henry gives up very little yards if any up the middle, so thats out. If Henry contains the sweep and option could be a long night for Central, I think they will. I'am sure Henry remembers last year and that makes them very, very dangerous. Henry 28 - Central 14
  10. Like I said, you can't live by the screen and have nothing else. E-town couldn't run outside or inside. When the QB dropped backed to pass he was sacked! Hats off to the Defense of H.C. Like OL#70 said " DEFENSE wins championships". Bring on Central.
  11. Henry County by 14 or more! To much defense for E-Town, you can't live by the screen alone.
  12. Is Central's QB out for the playoff's ? Read in another post he has a high angle sprain from last Friday game.
  13. Henry County also has a solid Q.B. 1400 plus yards passing 400 plus yards rushing per KHSAA. Magness will use all his available weapons. I agree Henry needs to stay focused on this game. I'am picking Henry by 14.
