Never depend on weather bug for long range forecast- it typically is wrong. It is supposed to be cold Friday. No 50 degree weather in Central KY on Friday !

My experience is when a program(s) start to struggle and continues to get worse, the problem starts at the top of the "food chain"... If parents, alumni, community don't put any pressure on the administration then they will continue to get away with letting your program fail. Also the AD needs to have set of you know whats or a back bone to stand up for the program(s). I have seen areas where the AD is a major suck up, because they don't want to rock the boat. Every single person in the administration and down plays a major role in over-all success.

Its going to be tough playing them at home, but I have to go with my neighbors. Harrison with the squeaky win.
