I think it is because Coach Jones and his staff have developed a winning culture in GC. It is just not at the High School level but all the way down to the elementary schools. The entire county supports these teams. Anytime there are games at any of the gyms they are usually packed and spirited. As far as the Owen/Gallatin match ups, I am not sure what the brackets look like for the All A and the District but anyone who follows these teams has to like Gallatin's chances to win at least one of those 2 games if they meet each other.

I disagree totally with the actor analysis. In addition to the actors mentioned above, add Morgan Freeman to the list. He is one of my all time favorites and his movies are some of the best as well.

Congratulations to HC on the win and to Owen on a very memorable season. I am sure all of Owen Co. will remember this football season for years to come. Someone mentioned in the prediction thread that they had dedicated the season to a very special young lady. Somethings just cant be measured on a scoreboard. Boys and girls of Owen Co. you represented small town USA very well.

This is awesome for those kids, rooting for them the entire way. We have played everything from parks and rec all the way to College baseball, including little league . Without a doubt either coach pitch or the actual little league tournament was the most exciting. In my opinion as long as we have kids playing baseball thats a good thing regardless of where it is!

Thankfully I have never been late on a house payment in my entire life. I wonder what would happen if the whole country rebelled and refused to make a house payment to put more pressure on the banks and break this economy for real. Carroll will be fine as Coach Jones has increased the strength of schedule. Henry played them really tough in the Dist. tournament last year and with HC having almost the entire team coming back they will probably be the favorite in this District. I also expect Walton to be pretty solid but the loss of Sullivan hurts alot.
