^^ Any numbers on this? I personally would think that NKy brings a few more up here, but then again I have no facts to back that up. Good luck to the Beechies, NCC, Highlands, and SK. All of NKy will be rooting for you and make our part of the state proud.:thumb::dancingpa

I personally know a coach at SK and he has been waiting for this moment for a long time. Well deserved win for the program, the coaches, and especially the kids. Good luck to you all as you head to the pizza box!!:thumb::dancingpa

Congrats to Beechwood and CC alike. Any stats on the game went and summary from the game?

:thumb: Not many people in NKY go grocery shopping on Friday night... As for the eating situation doesn't the Drawbridge Inn still have that restaurant there? It has been a long time since I have been there, but their food was really good the last time I went there and the salad bar was good too. It could be closed by now though . As for the game, Beechwood just has way too much and is not only very talented but a very well coached football team. I see them winning fairly big. Good luck to both!:thumb:

I was close on the prediction! Good win for Beechwood and good luck next week.

Frankfort v. Beechwood Predicitions
O-Line 50 replied to Double Fadez's topic in KY Football (High School)
When Dayton played Frankfort I completely underestimated the talent Frankfort had on their team because of me never having the opportunity to watch them play. They played well as a team and dominated the game against Dayton. With that said, Beechwood is a totally different beast and Frankfort wont be able to dominate the line of scrimmage like they did against Dayton. Weaver is an excellent back and will put up decent numbers, but Beechwoods line is too big and strong for him to dominate the game. I think it will be close at half, but Beechwood will pull away in the second half. Beechwood: 35 Frankfort: 14 Good luck to both.. And where is this game at? -
Beechwood / Ludlow Predictions

The Beechies just have too much for Ludlow, but anyways good luck to both. Question, if Beechwood and Frankfort win where do they play? Thanks. -

These are always fun to go to!:fire: -
Great game by Frankfort. They dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and dominated the game. They were very well coached and executed perfectly. Good luck to Frankfort as they move on the playoffs.

49 to 0

Excellent game by Frankfort. They domininated the line of scrimmage all night and executed perfectly. Good luck to Frankfort on the rest of the playoffs.

I love all of the hype this game is getting. Tomorrow is day, hopefully we will have a good, hard hitting game, with both teams making few mistakes and the best team walking off to the second round. Can't wait :dancingpa

Oh yeah... Good luck to both :thumb:

I think Ludlow is battle tested playing in the NKy 1A district, and being in close tough games against Dayton and Bellevue. I think the game will be close in the 3rd quater and Ludlow will pull away at the end with their close game experience. Ludlow: 28 Eminence: 14

Roll Call - Which high school team(s) do you support?
O-Line 50 replied to mcpapa's topic in BGP Break Room
1) Dayton 2) NKy teams... especially in the playoffs -
Dayton has some of the most passionate fans in the game. I'm sure some of the Bellevue supporters could tell you that (they have crazy fans too). Dayton will have their fair share of support, they had a fair amount at Lynn Camp which is a whole lot farther than Frankfort.
-
I will testify to this one also
-
Take Beechwood out of that equation and you will find a different result. Dayton played right with Holmes and Lloyd. They had a chance to beat Holmes but missed on two goal line opportunities, and they were down by a TD going into the 4th quarter against Lloyd. Personally I thought both of these teams speed would kill Dayton, but Dayton ran with them all night. Dayton has better speed than most will admit to.
-
I'm sure a team like Holmes or Bellevue or Lloyd or even Beechwood would have to something to say about Dayton not playing any teams with speed. I would dare to say Lloyd and Holmes had better team speed than Frankfort does. One player does equal team speed.
-
So true. Don't get me wrong Beechwood has superior talent to every team in the state in 1A, but if Dayton would come to play the Beechwood game like they do for the Bellevue game it would not get so out of hand so early.

How is Frankfort's line? I think this could be the difference maker for either team.
