Its crazy how the demographics change from school district to district. Seems to me as a person who is not in the know, i'm looking in thru the out door. Rule # 4080 is not only a rule for yesterday but a rule from day before yesterday. Seems to me hiring a retired teacher/coach is a total win situation for the district as well as the coach. To the Bell County decision makers. Be very very careful whom you choose. When The Great Chuck Smith left the Rebel Nation the Boyle program slipped a little. Chris Pardue (Smiths replacement) is a fine fellow but for some reason could not get it done. Realizing there were several contributing factors. Those factors will also be in play as Hilton had tremendous sucess on Log Mountain. Good luck to Bell as you search for a new coach and good luck to Dudley.

Yes all the above is sad but true. The one man Boyle film crew was asked to leave the roof top press box. To which he denied then the Bell County Sherrifs department were summoned to have him removed. Upon their arrival they advised the young man if he did't leave he would be arrested. As for the Boyle punter being pushed go to channel 18 and review the sports zone reports. It sure looks as if they were trying to push and yell at the young man. Would the athlete have a defendable position if he turned and hit the fan in the mouth. Just asking

In the second Half every time Boyle got in the Red Zone, just when the quarter back started his cadence a horn that was an excat duplicate of the official horn would blow. Which was very effective in disrupting the Boyle offensive line causing many false starts. Log Mountain is a hard place to win they pull out all the stops. Did the radio say anything about the poor field conditions. I guess when you get use to Turf (grass,mud) is a let down.

Hey Rebel what was up with the loud horn coming from the East endzone. It seemed to really bother the snap count. Funny how it only blew when the center was preparing to snap.

The new turf at Boyle has the ability to with stand 4-6 inches of rain per hour. So even if a nearby sprinkler breaks it should still be a dry field. lol Boyle by a bunch.

Johnson Central was a really good football team probably better than most in the Rebel nation thought. Franklin may be improved but you can bet your Sunday best that Hester and French will field a completely different Defense Saturday night. They will get after Franklin County like they haven't been got after in some time. The defense probably doesn't want another week like they have had. Rebels with a running clock.

Yes he is the kid looks to be really strong also. Has a knack for football and really likes to hit. He very well could make some serious noise this year.

Just guessing I would say about 200-215. I know Ben Coffman one of the biggest (i think) he only wieghed 195. He only goes about 215 this year I think Tyler Priest will go about 225 this year.
