I don’t know what to think yet. Apart of me wants to say LCA via running clock but I’m just not sure where Danville is right now. I pray it’s not. I love seeing Danville back in the mix of things. Let’s hope I’m wrong on the point total. Give me LCA by 28+ points.

Boyle County (5-1) will travel to Russell Springs, KY this Friday to take on the Russell County Lakers (3-3). The Lakers are coming off of a bye week with their most recent game being a 58-21 loss to Green County. The Rebels are coming off a 14-3 win against St. X. This is both teams first district matchup. Will the Lakers be able to keep this close or will the Rebels end it quickly?

I took this from the corner of the endzone on the St. X side. Not an action shot but it does show that there was a good crowd and that it was a beautiful night for football.

I didn’t get to watch the game since I was celebrating my wedding anniversary — figured it was best to be an attentive husband. For those who did watch, how did it look? Was the score closer than it seemed, or was it worse? And how did both teams suddenly find points in the second half after nothing was hardly going in the first?
