Here's the results to this weeks poll:

Despite the Purples loss to perenial 6a power, Trinity 38-28, B.Green retained there #1 ranking. They received all 8 1st place votes in the process. Once again, Owensboro Sr retained a solid #2 ranking, with its 24-6 win over crosstown rival Owensboro Catholic. Graves Co moved up 2 spots to #3, after its big win over rival Paducah Tilghman, 18-15, but, Warren East made the biggest jump, from #7 to #4 this week, after it's manhandling performance against Ft Campbell, 52-27. Warren Central dropped 2 spots to #5 after there win over N.Hardin 20-18, to round out the Top 5...

Apollo, who was idle this week, retained it's #6 position, to head the next 5. Christian Co came it at #7, down 3 spots from last week, after the Colonels fell to always tough Manual, 44-14. Marshall Co bounced back from its week 1 loss with a 33-14 thumping of #10 hopkinsville, to retain there grip on the #8 spot. Ditto, with lone Oak, who again retained the #9 spot, after there 56-3 outbust on the Tigers of Caldwell Co. Madisonville was the only newcomer to the rankings this week, after there impressive 28-9 victory over Hopkins Central. The Tigers of Hopkinsville dropped from this weeks poll, while Daviess Co was the only other team garnering consideration.

I will be at the #3 Graves Co. vs. #8 Marshall Co. tonite........should be a great one!!! BTW, thanks Just4fun for organizing the rankings each week. Looks good this week, although IMO Graves and Warren East should flip-flop (based on their performances against Ft. Campbell).
