I am not a Simon Kenton fan or from Northern Kentucky, so I have to ask -- who is Jim Deters? Sounds like he had kids at SK at one time, but other than that, does he have any qualifications that would make this worthy of a thread?

Eric Deters, a loud mouth lawyer with his own radio show on WLW, and who is currently not allowed to practice law for 61 days, he avoided 180 days for some odd reason.

What a loud mouth buffoon. But I like a guy who is not afraid to ruffle some feathers, creates excellent conversation pieces. Where is our boy uk#1fan, would like his take on this.

I think you meant to ask who is Eric Deters? Well Eric is part of the Deters family that owns pretty much of Independence. His father Charlie was a very successful business person and some how Eric has felt that he's entitled to and knows just about every thing about any thing. He's an attorney who is currently suspended from practicing law, a former radio host who also got canned and a great guy who's just trying to help the rest of us poor folks out. Lot's of people have lot's of different opinions about him and his family but IMO he's a punk and a sleeze ball as well as the black eye to the rest of his family and our community. Oh I almost forgot, he's also the idiot that said that the local police were nothing but a bunch of punks and said he wanted to fight one of them in the ring MMA style. A local officer accepted the challenge and well it didn't go so well for Mr. Deters. Here's a youtube video of him getting his butt handed to him. I really don't think Eric Deters has any room to talk about any thing other than how to make people not respect you, I'm pretty sure he could give a seminar on that.

 

I see this as job security for Steiner and Marksberry, as stated in other forums about this "rant", does anyone take Deters seriously? If he dislikes you then you must be doing something right.
