Agree with this statement big time; best two I remember in last 10 years at least.

 

One of best I have attended is in 2007, Mason Co vs GRC. Knowles against Miller. Both had 33 points each.

Never been there but have heard stories about Wayland and King Kelly Coleman avg 40 ppg. I think they turned gym into a museum. He might still hold record for points in a sweet sixteen. Had 63 in consolation game!!

Raceland has a great gym, especially for a small school.

The old Maysville Gym was the place to be in the 40's and 50's. Great memories!

Not sure I will ever get there (Augusta). You make we want to make a trip. Doubledeuce and I have been in more gyms than we can count though, just not that one for me.

Boyd County plays varsity games at the BC middle school gym which was built around 1977 is was built for varsity games to played at the middle school. It is a very large gym 6000 capacity . It is a very open gym and a great place to play when it is full and rocking.

It's never full or rockin. Therefore, it sucks. Nothing like a 6000 seat gym with 500 people in it. Now when it hosts the Shriner's Circus, that's a different story.
