Panda- with respect to Mason County, I would say that it is the most exciting place to see a game. 10th Region Fans are the best at regional time. But I still think HC has the back in history atmosphere. If you don't get to Mason County 90 minutes before tip for a regional final, you don't get in:

Is it full most games? I was thinking of bringing some of my family for a game. We love the student section. Are they always crazy, or just for certain games?

Always good crowds but rarely sold out. It depends on the crowd the opponent brings. Come to the Dixie game but get there early.

Brossart can be a fun atmosphere as well. Augusta is the most nostalgic.

When is that game?

I always thought Holmes was a gym full of personality... entering the campus with iron fences set the tone... and Jack Jennings finished it off.

 

Mason Co is an awesome venue.

 

Marshall Co is pretty sweet.

 

Augusta is my favorite old school gym.

 

The wooden dome at Western Hills is also pretty cool.

Suprised that Henry Co got rid of the scoreboard that was suspended above center court. Eminence's gym has personality but the last time I was there I never could find a seat that did not have an obstructed view.

Why would Henry get rid of that old beauty of a scoreboard? I'm sure the new one is nice but that thing had charm.
