Former Penn State coach charged with sexual abuse....

Matt Millen on ESPN just then was very emotional. I'm sure it's really a tough subject for him.

Matt Millen is also an honorary chair for Sandusky's charitable organization.

Just read that Sandusky had six adopted kids and that he was allowed to take in several others as foster kids. So much for the screening process.

I just read the first 15 pgs of the grand jury's findings. I almost threw up in my mouth.

What is Millen's connection?
What is Millen's connection?

He played at Penn State. He may have been coached by Sandusky, at worst I'd assume that Sandusky was his position coach there.

Millen is a former Penn State All-American Linebacker. He's also on Sandusky's board for the Home I think.

Sandusky was the LB coach when Millen was there.

Played for Sandusky, and is also part of the charity that Sandusky runs. Said he's known him since 1976 I believe.

The cops and the DA had this guy in 1998. The law enforcement people pointing fingers at Joe Pa and PSU are correct in doing so, but the DA and the Police that closed the case in 1998 where he admitted to at least some form of crime are more wrong than anyone at PSU. PSU has to be the worst crisis management group of people in the country.

I am not shocked, It happend at Southwestern Pulaski. Why not elsewhere.

New York Times is saying Joe Pa is gonna be gone soon...This case is not about Football.

True, it isn't about football, but there's no way Paterno survives this. It would be tough for him to survive if everyone was desperate to keep him, but that isn't the case. He's viewed just like Bowden near the end at FSU...too old, a figurehead, etc., and I'm sure a significant contingent would love to get a new coach in place. This presents an opportunity that they won't let pass, IMO.

I don't intend to slight anyone or downplay the bigger story hear, but that's just the way things are.

I read it too and I am with you! I am at a loss for words except for this.....If this was my child and or I witnessed something like this being done to a child/person, it would be the last thing that person ever did...and I do mean EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
