We start a non-QB, D-lineman at FB, ton of injuries, 99% running game, and still beat the undefeated #1 2A team..could've punched in another TD at the end...

 

Have to totally agree - All those BW starters out, including QB. BW had the lead before NCC's QB went out. BW can win without their QB, NCC clearly can't. Dare I say NCC overrated?

Give Cain and the Breds two games experience with Coach Eviston's guidance and they will still be a force. They have the hosses up front, a very good RB in Hayes and the toughness to overcome the injury to Hightchew if he is out.

You can light it up when you win, what about when CC beat your bad you went on vacation. You lost your QB and had time to practice with a new one. BW has a very good team and won this game on special teams, two very good teams, good luck in the playoffs.

It took a lot longer than I thought for the NCC cry babies to start their crying. First of all, what was the score when you played CC? Just what I thought, if you think they beat us bad they would have killed NCC! Secondly, we had four days to work with a kid that has never played quarterback and he went out shortly after your starting QB. We finished the game with our 3rd string QB. We won the game PERIOD, because we were the better team that night.

Consumed with BW. Sure Bw is a likely opponet and there are some Bw fans that provide interesting incite when I can draw them out. I could talk more Mayfield but lets face it there are only a couple of Cardinal posters that get on here regularly. For me, I'm stuck at a cpu all day with work most days so this gives me short breaks durning the course of the day

 

My take is that I have a decent chance of beating BW if BW does not discover the forward pass. I doubt the run alone will beat us. I do not think BW has played a defense as good as ours or as quick say maybe CC. NCC has yet to impress me and I am of the opinion that NKY football is just average with the exception of about 3 teams

I sorta feel sorry for the followers for the self crowned teams here. MF and BW that is. And there are others. The majority of you walked into a winning org. You have the facilities, financal support and fan support. What else can you get out of this sport. Sitting around and waitingfor the few games a year that will be competative seems to leave you with nothing to do but complain and try to point out other teams flaws. Doesnt seem enjoyable to me.
