Agreed. I could much more easily level with someone getting riled up over that cheer than the "We've got Jesus" cheer. For the record, I believe that's one of the cheers that the DOD has given the boot amongst The Crazies.

That one was funny. Bob Rowe came in and wanted to tighten up a bit and the boys came up with that one.

Maybe early. He's lightened up. There needed to be some rope pulled in as each group tries to outdo previous groups.

You can let this go as a worry. One, it doesn't exist. And two, Al Gore is all over it!

They were talking about this on Local 12 news this morning. I guess those of us from NKY should have turned off our T.V's

In all honesty the worst cheer I have heard from a student section, that went on with no interaction or attempts at stopping it by a teacher, is from Male in 2009. Brad Kragthorpe was the Trinity QB and we were beating Male pretty badly, of course since Brad's father was already none too popular in the area and lambasted in the local media already the Male student section took it upon themselves to chant "Fire Kragthorpe" which to me being a personal chant is a bit worse than either the implication of homosexuality in the "We have girls here" or the implication of a lack of faith at a public school in the "We have Jesus" chant.

 

The one in the 2008 state game from our student section was unforgivable, but thankfully some teachers nearby stopped it.
