You cannot convince me that Prattville and Byrnes wouldn't beat HHS. And no way T is #1 yet. This poll does say it is based on computer rankings though, so that may be the issue. Does a schedule strength of "4400" just mean that they haven't played yet? Interesting that T has #1 offense and CincyX has #1 defense - those teams meet in two weeks.

After watching Aquinas and Prattville, hard to believe they aren't in here. I wasn't impressed with S.Panola. They passed the look test, but, didn't seem to be able to do much at all on offense, 1 dimentional and slow... It sure makes you think that these voters must live around Cincinnati with 4 Cincy schools as well as Highlands all in the rankings, but, these are computer generated, so, should get better as the year goes on...

One other thing I just noticed, it has Highlands at #16 and they dropped 6 spots, so, they were actually in the Top 10 the week before...

Highlands has been in and out of the rankings for many years. Once you're on the national radar, you automatically come up in consideration for any new list. Sort of a "you gotta be there to get there" kind of thing.

Couldn't agree more. While it's very cool to see Trinity there I know the ultimate goal and the one they can control is to win number 21.
