That's the game that I'm more likely to go to.

The quarterback, Patton Robinette, for the Maryville team is the grandson of my high school basketball coach. The kid is super smart too. 4.5 GPA and a perfect 36 on the ACT. He's already committed to North Carolina.

 

Some of the older UK basketball fans might remember my old coach, Pat Robinette. He played for Tennessee, class of 1965, and beat UK 4 times. A good part of athleticism is genetic.

BTW - Maryville is a 6A powerhouse. If I remember correctly, 7 state championships in the last 10 years. During one stretch they went over 4 years undefeated, 74 straight wins I believe (lost in the championship game that year). One class graduated without ever having lost.
