I think that Mr. Sullivan also has a sense of being above the rules so he projected that towards his son.

According to the report he admitted to an incident at the very least harrasing a 13 year old girl. How he has supporters here and in other places is confusing. Nobody is saying that everything in the suit is factual. People are saying that the admitted crime is bad enough if nothing else happened. If any of the other stuff in the suit is correct especially the principal that stopped one incident and the family being notified of a police investigation that makes it much worse.

I agree with you! And for the record, I am not defending Sullivan! Maybe there is just so much it's unbelievable all that was mentioned happened, not saying it didn't. So many questions still left to be answered, if they have an investigation I hope this all comes out, good or bad. The case will be interesting.

 

If it does go to court, if there were threats via text messages and Facebook posts, I hope someone actually saved them.

Wow, just read the thread from start to finish. This is a really sad situation where it seems many have tried to sweep it under the rug as an adolescent mistake. Unfortunately Vance was 18 at the time of the admitted misconduct. I feel for both parties but mostly for the victim obviously as I have two daughters myself.

 

Some of the cover up stuff, if true, by the administrators and coaching staff at WV, makes me want to puke. If Dan Trame sold out the integrity of his name by issuing a gag order so he could get 18 pts a game in Orlando then he should be ashamed.

 

Not to beat on NCC here but if you think they were in the dark about the Sullivan situation then you are smoking the drapes. Sullivan certainly rounded out that pitching rotation and provided a nice bat for those 9th Region champs didn't he? Why didn't he choose Newport where is Grandpa is an Administrator? I was born at night but I wasn't born last night. This stuff just takes away from the purity of HS sports when you see it happening.
