Congrats to All

Sorry, didn't see this thread when I posted to other. If a mod would be so kind to delet the other, I would be grateful.

No Zeke Pike at all...A Top 150 junior and not even honorable mention..Wow!!

Congrats to Austin Abner and the rest of the Birds that were recognized...GO BIRDS!!

I would definitely take Pike over Hempel.

Northern Kentucky had some serious quarterback play this past year..

John Hardin has 6 players on the All State team.

Allen Co.-Scottsville with two RBs named All State HM for a total of 5.

Should definitely be at least honorable mention, but I do think people get too caught up in where they rank as prospects at the next level. How good a college prospect you are does not always translate into being the best player at this level, as some of the best at this level are not there at the next.

Bell Co w 5 on 1st+2nd team that's not talking hon mention.

Congrats to all the kids that made it.

With the exception of the Highlands players it didn't seem like NKY got much love from this list, and yes I see Elliot and the other honorable mentions.

Once again, another joke considering that some very good NKY high school players were left out.

If you think it's a joke , thats your opinion and you are entitled to it . I don't know if you have kids or not , but if you do , maybe someday they will win an award , and somebody can say that is a joke also !! It's amazing that everytime there are awards given out , somebody like you has to rain on their parade . It's part of life , get used to it .These high school kids and their families read BGP , and I'm sure they don't appreciate your post ! :madman:

Congrats to all the players selected , a great honor and well deserved !!!

One notable difference from the Courier-Journal All State team, Josh Harris, 1st team in the C-J, totally absent in the AP. Makes no sense to me.

Congrats to those who were honored.
