Mike DeCourcy posed a good question. Why did KU's Selby lose 1/3 of the season for a $6k yet Pryor loses half of the season over $2500?

 

Well it's not half a season for Pryor, apparently DeCourcy sucks at math, and they pretty much had to do something since they weren't going to sit them or suspend them from a multi million dollar bowl game....... shocker.

Brewster tweeted something like "why can't we get the investigators that handled Auburn."

 

I sure hope someone followed that up with "because you're not undefeated"....... It burns both ways lol

This is crap. Once again the NCAA proves that players are just pawns in their game. They will suspend them next season but will keep them playing in the bowl game because it will help make dollars for them.

I read tht TPeezy is catching a lot of grief for selling the "golden pants" that he got for being part of a team that beat Michigan. Apparently, it's sacred.

C'mon Clyde. 2x5=10 meaning that for OSU players/Pryor to lose half a season OSU would have to play only 10 games a year. We all know that's not the case, therefore it's dumb/poor math/ poor argument.

NCAA is a joke and all about $$$ they should have been suspended for the Sugar Bowl. Almost all of them will walk right away after the Sugar Bowl. Well.... it's Miller time!!!

And I understand what he's saying but I don't really think it's worth the wasted breathe to point it out any longer. Like others have said, the NCAA does what it wants how it wants, if you don't like it you can take your ball and go home, or in Pryor's case, to the NFL.

I really think anyone that disagrees is just a homer. It's not like they were suspended for 1 or even 2 games. Obviously it was a pretty severe violation which is why they were suspended 5 games. Like you said the NCAA is a joke.

And for the record, I think the "rules" these guys broke are dumb to begin with, but they are still rules they knew they were violating.
