Just received a text from Birdsfan. He's on the way to the emergency room and said he will be admitted. I don't have any other details but will pass them along as soon I hear something. Please keep him in your prayers.

His brother just posted this on Birdsfan's Facebook page:

 

Sorry to report my brother had another horrible night (unable to breath) and the doctor just ordered him over to Christ ER where they are going to admit him. More fluid has developed around the heart and the window procedure most likely will happen today. Please keep him in your prayers.

Prayers going up from the UKMF household as I type. Stay strong, and keep fighting my friend!

I just got back from visiting Birdsfan at the hospital. He was still in ER when I got there and not feeling very well. He’s having a tough time breathing because of the fluid around his heart and that’s also causing him to have some tachycardia. They’re draining the fluid about now, I believe. They made mention of possibly having to do the window procedure that he talked about previously, but I don’t know when they would do that. He also has some swelling in his leg and its red and fevered looking. I know they talked about doing an ultrasound to make sure there are no clots. Looks like he could have some sort of infection which is just another hurdle he has to deal with.

Unfortunately, I think he’s going to have to stay in the hospital for at least a couple of days, which means he’ll be in there for Christmas and I know that’s not going to sit well with him. Please remember him in your thoughts and prayers and lets all hope he can get to go home as soon as possible.

BF will be in my thoughts and prayers throughout the holiday season.

OH wow....Oh no....God, please, be with BF and the doctors who are taking care of him....we need yet another Miracle. God, shine and be seen....let us all praise you for this Miracle....Please God...

At this time, all I know is he is in ICU. I haven't been able to talk with anyone from his family and the hospital won't give me any more info. Please pray for him to get through this and recover fully.
