I refuse to tip garbage men until they start taking our extra garbage cans. I live with 8 people and the trash cans we have don't hold the trash we acquire during a full week. We have extra cans that they refuse to dump. Actually, I wouldn't tip them either way, but certainly not when they leave full cans of trash.

Add bartender to the list of tip receivers.

No one except the waiter and waitresses.

What about your barber?

I don't tip anyone on the holidays specifically but I tip at least 20% for most services where tipping is normal.

What about your barber?

It is his own business. He sets the prices when he cuts my hair. If he needs more money, raise the prices.

And if you have seen my hair, well, it is not like it is a massive undertaking.

Gotcha. I don't tip owners either.

Wait Staff - 20% minimum....

My hairdresser charges my $16, I give a $20...

I ususally always tip my barber (when I don't cut my own hair). They charge $12, I'll give them $15. Servers are really the only other people I tip, and they are tipped based on their performance...

Cute... :D

I cut my own hair now, but when I decide to go get it done I get it at Hair Quarters in Grayson. The guy in there is the best barber I've had and I always give him the rest of a $20 bill. The cut is usually $10 or $11 I think, so that's a nice tip. I don't like our garbage guys, we had to cancel the Ashland Daily newspaper subscription because half the time the paper never got to us so they wouldn't get a tip either.

What about valets? I usually give them $2-$3 at the gambling boats.

I tip waiters/waitresses, food delivery drivers, and hairdressers at 20% of the cost. I definitely know how that is with working as a server and delivery driver during my time as a college student.
