Ok, ours is set at 65. It is radiated heat and trust me, 65 degrees does not mean it is that temp in the house. If we set the thermostat at 65 it usually registers at 68 to 70. Whatever you do do not keep adjusting the temperature in the house. Set it and and leave it

Keep mine at 64 year round. It's always easier to heat up than it is to cool down so I don't mind being a little chilly in the winter.

Old fashion heat - hot water radiators (natural gas)! 3 zones, one at 59-60, one at 65 and the third at 64. Old house with no insulation in the walls just the attic. Needless to say we like our covers

For me, it depends largely on whether I'm outside much during the day. Sometimes there are days when I spent the majority of my time on jobsites and there's nothing I want more than to have my house warm and cozy. On evenings like that, I'll bump my thermostat up to 70° or 71°. Most of the time it's between 66° and 68° though. Then when I go to bed, I'll turn on the electric blanket while I go through my night time routine so I've got the bed nice and toasty, and the last thing I do before I get under the covers is knock the thermostat down to somewhere around 61°. It stays there till I get home from work the next evening.

 

In the summertime, I put the thermostat at 68° the minute I walk in the door from work, and it stays there until I leave for work in the morning. I put it up at 80° while I'm at work.

Fortunatley (I think) I have a general lacking of fear of most everything as a whole. Electrocution is no concern of mine whatsoever. My electric blanket is one of my closest friends this time of year.

My wife keeps ours at 70. I dropped it to 69 and she told me she knew what I was thinking and that I had a sick mind...

We keep ours around 71 all year.

I am beyond shocked how low some of you guys turn yours to.. I keep mine on 68 pretty much all the time.

 

Same here. Im one that is usually hot instead of cold but no way I could leave it that low in the winter. Ours is usually between 67-70.
