So you are referencing 3 posts and you want to let those three posts represent the entire Boyle fanbase? I never said that anyone on this board was classless! The only point being that every fanbase has their fans that will always not handle losing very well and for that matter there are fanbases that don't handle winning very well.

No really, Classless and Boyle County does not fit in the same sentence. I have been to Rebel Stadium many times and have been treated well, except for last year, when the last second field goal beat our beloved CATS. Shame on them for kicking that field goal, that was classless.

Yes Bell and Boyle both have some obnoxious fans.......But, the fans that actually see the game for what it is, and that being high school kids playing with every ounce of energy to win one of the most important games of their careers, would not act toward these high school kids as the lady did that evening. And i do remember it very well. I also remember in 08 when Boyle came to Log Mountain some of our so called fans acting in a very stupid way.

If it were your sister that did do this, then if i were you, then I would question her stupidity.

 

Coach French, imo, is a very classy person who knows the game of football. So, all jokes aside, (yes, i was joking about sitting out the starters) Boyle County football and the TRUE fans are nothing but CLASS. I have nothing but respect for that program and the fans.

I hope Bell co gives them all they want. Coach Hilton is a great coach with a great program. It is just a shame that the Boyle Co program has turned to what everyone with football knowledge sees, no class. When I say Boyle Co program, I am saying coaches and fans.

To all those who think we aren't classless I say thank you. No one that I know from Boyle County(coaches and fans) are anyone I would call classless. A lot of these coaches and fans have known me and my family since my son was a young age. I have enjoyed being accepted into the Rebel family and I have enjoyed being a member of the Rebel Nation. I will always defend the honor of my Rebels(coaches and fans) and I will admonish them as well if the situation calls for it. I will always have my Rebel Nation's back and will be there in any capacity that is needed. I have never witnessed or been a part of any classless acts but I am not naive enough to believe they haven't happened. I hate this black eye some are trying to give our program but we will move on and get past this. You can't please everyone.

I agree Purple, I'm done with these type of threads. Some like the drama, I suppose. We're going to keep the target on our program until we start loosing games and those who try and get on here to smear the Rebel name feel avenged. You truly can't please everyone.

People confuse things, they almost make it out to be, if you win, and dominate while doing it, you are classless. This is not the case. The only thing that makes you is better than the other team who couldnt hang with you.

This is the epitome of class and many could learn from it. :thumb:

My first reaction is why would you show such a trick play when you're up 40-0. I think it's not very bright to do so. Always a good idea to keep plays like that for another game when you might need the element of surprise.

 

Its not a bad idea to get a trick play in on film to make the next opponent spend time in practice scheming to defend it.
