November 1, 201114 yr Remember? They left a guy sitting by a tree on the interstate when they were heading to Atlanta to the CDC? The last time we saw him, he was sitting by a big tree alone. Oh yea, wasn't he bitten by a walker?
November 1, 201114 yr Oh yea, wasn't he bitten by a walker? I can't remember. I was trying to decide if he was bitten and decided to commit suicide or what.
November 1, 201114 yr I can't remember. I was trying to decide if he was bitten and decided to commit suicide or what. Pretty sure that's what it was, I feel like they may have even left him tied to a tree, can't remember for certain but felt like it was what he wanted.
November 2, 201114 yr Pretty sure that's what it was, I feel like they may have even left him tied to a tree, can't remember for certain but felt like it was what he wanted. I looked it up and rather than letting someone kill him or killing himself, he decided he wanted to transform into a walker in hopes of finding his last family who are also walkers. Good logic.
November 2, 201114 yr What about the man with his boy that helped Rick for awhile? Remember the guy's wife/boy's mother was a walker who hung around outside their house--but the husband could not bring himself to shoot her? Rick used to try to communicate with him with the walkie talkie. I keep hoping for a twist where maybe they find the girl and they all get reunited?

November 2, 201114 yr That is Morgan. There is a very good chance you'll see him again. I think they're all going to end up getting nuked at some point, by Alaska, because it's too cold for walkers to survive up there.....
November 2, 201114 yr Yea but aren't they like a few hundred miles from there now? I have no idea of what state they are in and where they traveled. The show needs to add one of those moving maps like they have at the beginning of the Indiana Jones movies!
November 2, 201114 yr I have no idea of what state they are in and where they traveled. The show needs to add one of those moving maps like they have at the beginning of the Indiana Jones movies! They are currently less than 120 miles north of Atlanta on the interstate. I think the town they are trying to get to is 120 miles away.

November 2, 201114 yr ^Daryl may get killed off, as some have surmised, but I don't think it will be any time soon. In the second episode of Talking Dead, Kirkman spoke of how he loved having that character in the story. Because he wasn't in the comic, it gives him a wild card to change things from the original story. I expect him to stick around for a while. Of course, that doesn't mean it would surprise me if he got killed next week. To be honest, other than Rick (and probably Karl), nobody's death would surprise me much. What Shane did seems reprehensible at first glance, but the great thing about this show is watching how the characters respond to and deal with this new world and the horrific decisions they are sometimes faced with. As noted, if Shane hadn't wounded Otis, three people are likely dead as a result. Only one person died his way. So, was he wrong? In a world where the dead walk, it may not be so black and white. One thing I didn't understand is why they wasted time turning around to shoot. All that could accomplish was to slow them down, because they obviously weren't going to kill all the walker, or even enough of them to make a getaway possible. Not to mention how unlikely it was that they'd actually score a head shot trying to shoot in that situation. They should have just put their heads down and ran for it. But, it's a TV show. I get it. Wonder what is going to happen this week. I think the most intriguing thing to me is not the walkers and their encounters with them, but other living people. You never know if they're going to be cutthroats, nice, crazy, or something else. From the preview, it looks like Hershel tells them to move on as soon as they can, so even the niceness has a limit. had to wait for Otis to be out of bullets so he would not get shot, he had on more bullet than otis, well played my freind.
November 2, 201114 yr Yep, you're exactly right. "How many rounds you have left Otis?" "Four, you?" "Five (4 walkers and an unsuspecting fat guy)"
