October 26, 201015 yr Author Romo is over rated he is a lot like Coach Little Game at Ohio State he is great in the little game and like George Jones a NO SHOW in the big games. The entire coaching staff is a joke Jones stinks as an owner because he will not hire a coach he can not control.
October 26, 201015 yr He hired Bill Parcells and couldn't control him. He hired Jimmy Johnson and didn't control him. I don't buy that media copout. Romo didn't win any big games last year? I swear I thought they rolled the Super Bowl champs in their house last year?
October 26, 201015 yr Author He did hire those two but as soon as they started being to demanding he was fast to part ways with them. I remember reading on a texas site that it came down to T.O. or Uncle Bill I can't remember what cause JJ to say bye bye. What is Romo's record in big games? Look it up it is well under .500.
October 26, 201015 yr I wish injury on no one. That being said, the Dallas loss puts an exclamation point on a nearly perfect sports weekend.
October 26, 201015 yr http://bleacherreport.com/articles/498353-the-top-10-reasons-tony-romo-is-not-overrated-and-may-actually-be-underrated Here you go! Once again the media blows it up and everybody remembers the fumbled snap. Truth is he has preformed time after time. Follow the slideshow it's pretty impressive. Now with Dez Bryant he should only get better if not for the injury. Dez was a bright spot.

The Super Bowl champs just got rolled in their building by the Browns on Sunday.

I think it was built up over time. I think they did get into it at the owners meeting and I think that was the last straw. JJ quit not long after.

I remember reading on a texas site that it came down to T.O. or Uncle Bill I can't remember what cause JJ to say bye bye. What is Romo's record in big games? Look it up it is well under .500. Romo has plenty of warts, to be sure, as has been said before. But as has also been said before, he's the least of the Starboys' problems. Who woulda thunk they'd miss the awful Flozell Adams that much? Ultimately, the Starboys' biggest problem is a lack of heart, exacerbated by a lack of discipline. When Romo went down, yet still wanted to try to return to the game ... well, I gained a lot of respect for him right there. He may not be Joe Montana, but he's trying. And he's trying a lot harder than anyone else on that team. Other than maybe Kitna and Witten, and Bryant to a lesser degree, this team is completely devoid of heart. The next few weeks of national television games -- and there's plenty of Starboys games on national TV, as we've already seen -- should provide some fascinating viewing, if for no other reason than the sheer unpredictability of it all.
October 26, 201015 yr Author I do not allow the media to tell me what is going on with my team if they are not on tv I listen to the games on the net using a Dallas radio station. The bottom line Romo has shown he is not big time. One playoff win with him as the leader/qb. His Dec record is not good.
October 26, 201015 yr Romo is not an elite QB, but they lots of other problems! O-line and secondary are good places to start the fixing in my book.
October 26, 201015 yr Author I agree the O-line is the first thing they need to work on then the secondary. I also think the d-line can use some work.
October 26, 201015 yr Unless there is an owner available at the top of Kiper's big board, then Dallas will continue on the same path, with occasional blips on the radar of highlights that lure media types and some fans into a false sense of turning the corner. Same as in Cincy. Starts at the top.

October 26, 201015 yr The only bright spot I seen from this Dallas team last night was Dez Bryant. Kid is gonna be a stud.
