I'll admit it UK#1fan, SK was for sure the better team. Ryle will have their hands full next week. However, SK (nor any other NKY 6A team), will compete with Trinity or ST. X.. Very poor tackling by Cooper tonight. I was a little worried how this defense would play against a spread offense and my worries came true. Hopefully this game will give the coaches something to look at to prepare for Campbell and Conner or those may be losses as well.

SK's line has improved drastically over the past few games they don't look like the same line that we saw again Middletown or Dixie. I can say that I'm impressed with how much SK has improved since week 2.

Coopers QB was pretty fast! They should put Bradley at LB instead of Safety.

He would be a good LB and I would put Morris (the QB) at Safety.

I think Cooper is still a couple years away I think they need more players. They need more depth.

SK's first score came on their 2nd play from scrimmage. Wetter took it 79 yards for the score, and it sure was nice to see an SK RB making a big play on the ground. Chad pretty much had all day to find his Wrs and they really gained some tough yardage after the catch. One of the more impressive plays of the night came from Bradley. He took it down the right sideline and absolutely trucked SK's cornerback, Swanson. It was a fifty yard run but 33 of it was nullified after a block in the back. Cooper tried to pound Bradley in the first half (unofficially 15 carries) and they did a great job of not allowing him to get to the second level. Other than the two interceptions I thought SK looked pretty sharp and I look forward to next weeks game.

That play was nasty, the first one I told my buddy about when he showed up at half time.

My man Ryan Winkler is a complete stud. I love his game, he was single covered all game and absolutely made Cooper pay.

Swanson did a good job he played a speed bump and slowed Bradley so somebody could tackle him!

Ya but it was the fact that he hawked Bradley, and went for the tackle, Bradley pulled him in front of him and then trucked him. How can you not be impressed with that.

 

On a side note later on in the game Bradley tried to stiff arm someone around the corner and it looked like the person grabbed his arm and went to the ground with it which was pretty affective and I got a kick out of it.

Great game for SK's D. Bradley was no factor at all. Really weird not seeing Coach Marksberry on the sideline due to his wife having a baby. Coach McDonald and the rest of the staff stepped in and did a great job. Can't wait till next weeks game in Union.

Cooper needs to do something on defence they play a base all day no blitz now and then ! This was not the same team I seen last week ! Hope they can do better next week !
