Boyle County has the state's second longest winning streak at 20 games.

Lafayette is 3-3 with close losses to Central and Henry Clay.

This will be the first ever game at Lafayette's new Ismael(spelling?) Stadium. If you havent seen it, it is very nice!!!! There are pictures on the high school sports blog on http://www.kentucky.com.

Where are all the Rebel fans at this week?

Boyle will extend their winning streak to 21. 35 to 14

Boyle Co has too many athletes for Lafayette to keep track of and block or contain.

Lafayette has plenty of athletes to be able to play Boyle. Should be a great game. Generals pull out a win in the new stadium.

We'll start slow, maybe give up a td in the first quarter, we'll tighten up and then the offense will go to work and the defense will settle in. I expect a 3-4 td victory. Anything less will make me :scared: and then I'll once again be left sitting trying to figure out how far this group of Rebels will go. They have the potential to win it all but if they aren't playing like they should then Bell County or Holmes will send us home and quite honestly.....I am not trying to see that........but right now.........that's all I see out of this group. We have to play better and we need to build off of the last two weeks of dominating defense performances. In the last two weeks we have given up a total of around 85 yards total offense to two teams. We need to keep that up. Looking forward to seeing how this week turns out and what it means for our future this year.

I agree with PP. IMO the new stadium will have the Generals up and will keep them in the game early. I expected Boyle to take care of business after the first quarter and take control of the game. Go Rebels!

Rebels 35

Generals 14

I agree with PP. It's hard not to think ahead with this team when they continue to be inconsistent. I predict a 4 touchdown victory. Come on Rebels!

How good is the Lafayette quarterback?

Should be a tight one.

Lafayette 38

Boyle Co. 35

Should be a tight one.

Lafayette 38

Boyle Co. 35

I doubt it. I'll say 42-7.

Not saying Lafayette can't win, but if they score 38 on Boyle I'll :walk: back to Danville.

Boyle Will win the game soundly, Boyle fans are so spoiled though talking about how bad there team is, your not really gonna know how good they are til they get in a true test, most games so far have never really been in doubt have they?

Actually the Johnson Central game was at the end. JC scored first for an early lead. Game went back in forth in first half. Late, Boyle had a 2 TD lead but JC scored to cut it to 36-29 and the Rebels held on to the end.

If Lafayette scores 38, I will give you a piggy back ride all the way back to Danville. I actually mean that.
