Just curious but what positon players graduated last year from Ashland? I know one lineman did and he played in the KY All star game. Plus has Ashland played against anyone that went no huddle this year.

New thread ,Same results....

Rock Rolls in this one 34-21

What happen to the old thread?

but I agree same results Ashland rolls 28-6

Just win baby! Ashland by seven in a low scoring game.

Tomcatsalute,

I believe our rollouts are by design and not by pressure. How many times has Holbrook been sacked this year. NOT MANY!!! Considering how many times we throw the ball that shows our line is doing a good job. And this offense is not designed to run between the tackles!!

False Rumourization on the last thread. Apologies coming to me :sssh: :thumb: ;) Right aunt Bee :dancingpa

j/k ;)

How is Ashlands field looking since the JC game. I imagine playing under those conditions on that field done some damage?

With the game being at Putnam Stadium, i expect Ashland to do what it has to in order to get the win in front of its home crowd. Good Luck Ashland, represent our district well. My prediction:

Ashland: 28

Rockcastle: 21

I agree, a lot of Ashlands roll out passes are by design. And Ashlands Offensive line HAS gotten lightyears better from the beginning of the year. We dont run between the tackles much, but with our recievers and our speed why should we? And if Im not mistaken I have seen tyler Reliford run for major gains right up the middle, but Tomcatsalute you keep under estimating us! Us Linemen are used to getting the bad end of the stick.

I am glad that the last thread got canned because it went WAY off topic!!!!

As far as the game I would LOVE nothing but a Rockcastle County win. I am not going to make a prediction because I haven't gotten to see Ashland play this year nor Rockcastle Coutny for that matter.

If there is ANYONE that will be in attendance and wouldn't mind sending me some text messages during the game (maybe at the end of each quarter) then I would GREATLY appreciate it. Just PM me and I'll give you my cellphone number. I have got to work 2 Women's NCAA Great Lakes Regional Tournament games since Northern Kentucky University is hosting both rounds and the last game won't end until after the Rock/Ashland game is over. So will someone PLEASE do me that favor???

THANKS!!!!

WR Sam Hensley who is actually at Marshall this year. Him, 2 lineman, and part time starting reciever Jon Neyer are the only graduates on offense from last year's matchup.

Yes, Ashland has went against teams whats went no huddle this year.

Lots of old Tomcat lineman and fans see the improvment each and every game, not much glory on the line but i can tell the Tomcat lineman are taking pride in your backs gaining yardage up the middle and in the red zone scoring touchdowns. The timing of your backs hitting the holes quickly is matching the aggressive line firing off the football blocking.

The trap blocking has been good,I like the counter with Reilford or Davis and Thomas taking a good counter step and hitting the line with some serious speed .

Fly off the football guys and keep up the good work. :thumb: :fight:

Lets get mentally ready to play and beat the rock. :fight:

Ashland - 26

Rockcastle - 22

Ashland should win this by 7+, BUT they have to come out to play. Rockcastle cannot be overlooked! At this point in the season, no one can be overlooked!

Keep your focus TOMCATS!!
