September 19, 201016 yr ND is still ND....losing to so-so teams. BK...karma can be a crazy thing..........
September 19, 201016 yr ND definitely got screwed by the no call, but then again it's their own fault for putting themselves in that position.
September 19, 201016 yr MSU coach Mark Dantonio suffered a heart attack after the game. Sounds like he is going to be OK after surgery last night. Best wishes to a speedy recovery...
September 19, 201016 yr I can't believe they called that play, but you have to tip your cap. I don't see why ND fans are panicking, you don't go from losers to winners with the snap of a finger.

September 19, 201016 yr Give Kelly a little time for goodness sakes. Weis was lucky to have beaten MSU a couple of times late. The Spartans were due. The Irish have suffered two straight last-minute losses. These will even out over time.

September 19, 201016 yr ND definitely got screwed by the no call, but then again it's their own fault for putting themselves in that position. The Big East released a statement today saying that on a FG attempt the backjudge has responsibility for watching the play clock. He is to watch it hit zero and then look to see if the ball is snapped. They said there will always be lag time in that situation between seeing the zero and then looking to see if the ball was snapped. Therefore, the Big East says the play was handled correctly.
September 19, 201016 yr I think Kelly will be the best coach the Irish have had since Holtz. I hope I am not "Word Filter ViolationWord Filter ViolationWord Filter ViolationWord Filter Violationing with faint praise."
September 20, 201016 yr Brian Kelly... the next coach to go .500 at Notre Dame. ND is still ND....losing to so-so teams. BK...karma can be a crazy thing.......... Wow a little early to be acting like BK made a bad move going there, or that he won't do well. The last two coaches had great first years, and how did that work out for them? Its his first year there, and IMO he will get them back up there but its not going to happen in one year. You all act like he has done terrible so far, yet he is seconds away from being 3 and 0 too. He is going to get this direction going in the right direction IMO, so its a little soon to be saying stuff like this.

Not to mention the QB is a 1st year starter. You'd think this team was suppose to win the NC this year or something. I do know up in South Bend they believe he is the guy.
