Can anyone give us a scoring rundown for the Birds?

FINAL

Wow, I was at the game. It was probably the worst coached football game I have seen in a long time. It seemed like Boone was trying to run the clock to keep from being blown out at the start of the second quarter

Congrats to HHS!

Can anyone give us a scoring rundown for the Birds?

I know that Colin Seidl had 4 touchdowns.

Good game Birds! ....gave the JV team good playing experience. Ryle will put up similar #'s against Boone Co.

Compton had one rushing TD and Towles had two rushing scores.

Back-ups played a lot, and unlike in the Beechwood game, when the HHS starters were pulled they stayed pulled!

It sounded like Towles had quite a game running and passing.

So the JV kids will be back up at Highlands in the morning playing Boone Co.

Boone is bad... BAD!!!!

He was outstanding running the ball last week against Withrow as well. He is definitely a dual threat and a big boy at that.

Birds put up 455 yards in offense to Boone's 104. Boone had 3 TO's to 1 for the Birds. Towles had all day to throw or run and did. Missed on a few long passes that were open. Seidl showed he has a nose for the goal line. Good win for the Birds. Boone may want to look at passing more to slow down the rush. Screens would help.

last touchdown was scored by Donovan McCoy on a keeper

Towles + Time = TD. Towles + No Time= possible turnover.

What has happened to Boone? When I was in school (80s) they dominated. Has the addition of Ryle and Cooper hurt them or is it something else?
