I think Ryle went into the season the favorite and has improved that position to clear favorite though it's only been a couple games.

I can't wait to watch SK put it on Ryle again this year!

Is Ryle the clear favorite to win NKY 6A? Absolutely.

 

Although very talented, SK lost a D-1 RB in Simpson and it would be an upset of fairly modest proportions if SK were to knock off Ryle this year.

Nichols didn't lead Ryle in receptions or yards recieving last season. It would be extremely nice if some of your statements were grounded in reality.

He was also a key blocker and had many clutch catches. Ryle is really hurting with Nicholas, Fugate, and Eubank gone!

Other than the Highlands game and some playoff games, Ryle will probably not need to rely on the pass to beat the rest of the teams on their schedule, including the SK game.

Right now would I say they are the best? Yes

Is it definately clear? No, only because it is early in the season. The playoffs are a long ways away and a lot can change in the meantime

I think you need to quit relying on SK's success from last year and worry about this years team. Based on what I saw from the Ryle/Highlands game, SK will be lucky to stay within 20 pts of Ryle.
