Is Ryle the clear favorite to win NKY 6A? Absolutely.

Although very talented, SK lost a D-1 RB in Simpson and it would be an upset of fairly modest proportions if SK were to knock off Ryle this year.

Ryle lost a D-1 TE in Nicholas and now they have no body to catch the ball!

Nichols didn't lead Ryle in receptions or yards recieving last season. It would be extremely nice if some of your statements were grounded in reality.

He was also a key blocker and had many clutch catches. Ryle is really hurting with Nicholas, Fugate, and Eubank gone!

Other than the Highlands game and some playoff games, Ryle will probably not need to rely on the pass to beat the rest of the teams on their schedule, including the SK game.

You keep thinking that! Ryle will be in big trouble if another team scores some quick points like SK did last year and have to count on the passing game to catch back up!

I think you need to quit relying on SK's success from last year and worry about this years team. Based on what I saw from the Ryle/Highlands game, SK will be lucky to stay within 20 pts of Ryle.
